During my trip in BC I visited three different islands and what I would say is: such lovely, peacefully and Oh my god I want to live on a small island!!!
Last year, I went to salt Spring Island and I wanted to stay there. The people are almost all farmers whiches run their own little business. Also there's a lot of artisans. The ambiance is relaxe, tranquile and the expression peace and love is in the air. You feel calm and confortable in that island. The people are sharing and trading their products. I felt being back to the 70's. And what an amazing landscape! The view from the camping area is just so goergeous!
This year, I visited for the second time vancouver Island. More touristic!!!! If you want to go there plan your trip in advance, especially in you strat in the busy touristic period. Make sure that you will have reserved your ferry, camping and hotel!
BC, such a beautiful place!

Kelowna, the wine country!
The last weekend I visited Kelowna, Bc. What an amazing spot to see. Not only Kelowna but the arrounding and all the beautiful view on the road from Vancouver. We tried two differents routes to get there and come back. On both ways the landscape is really gorgeous. But you have to be a good driver because the road goes like the body movement of a snake. If you re too distracted by the lanscape you could finish your trip into a gulch!!!! No I'm kidding it's not that bad!
The wine tour
One of us was a volunteer to drive the car from a winery to another al the afternoon. We got drunk for free and with good wine. On this day I learn something that I'll remember all my life : Life is too short to drink bad wine! That's is my new favorite proverb. We went to many wineries as Volvanic, Boucherie, Quails'gate. But my favorite one was Beaumont winery on Boucherie avenue, because it was a family and lovely place. This winery has the warmest ambiance and they didin't charge for tasting their wine.
